Established in the 1930s by Mr. Lima, the farms are a testament to his love for Europe, as they are named after countries he visited. Finca Hungria, a sprawling 60-hectare farm situated at an elevation of 1100 meters above sea level, produces coffee beans that encapsulate the unique terroir of Santa Ana.

After a meticulous harvest, the cherries from Finca Hungria are transported to the Balcanes Mill, located just 2 km from Finca Rumania. Here, the cherries undergo a patient 18-day patio-drying process, ensuring the preservation of their distinct flavors. As a member of the Cuzcachapa Cooperative, Finca Hungria takes pride in responsibly exporting their exquisite coffee to coffee lovers around the world.
